Payments for advertising services on our websites are made in advance. Our packages are paid in advance and are non-refundable. Packages can be upgraded at any time but can only be downgraded after a billing period. A billing period is 30 days.

Business Trade can offer users a free trial but also has the discretion to cease this offer at any time.

Pricing for our services

All prices for services quoted on the website are quoted in Australian Dollars (“AUD”) and are inclusive of GST. All payments to be made to Business Trade must be in AUD and must be inclusive of GST. All prices for services quoted on the website are subject to change without notice or any other breach of security known to you.

Indemnity

As a user of our website, you agreed to indemnify us against any action, liability, claim, loss, damage, proceeding, expense suffered or incurred by us arising from, or which is directly or indirectly, related to; your breach or non-observance of any terms in this document; any breach or inaccuracy in any of your representations or warranties provided to us; or any action or claim brought by a third party which relates to any or all the content that you or other users provide to this website.
